The Wire-Watcher warns the operator in the cab of any vehicle with a ‘variable height factor’ about the presence of High Voltage Overhead Cables.

The Wire-Watcher is powered from the vehicle ignition & flashes a warning light whenever a cable is detected. If the vehicle power take off is engaged whilst this light is flashing then a warning siren will also sound to alert the operator before he uses the pto driven function (crane or tipper)

Outputs for external sirens & flashing beacons allow continuous warning for the operator if required. An override function allows the main alarm to be muted – giving a single ‘beep’ every 30 seconds to remind the operator that a cable is detected
